Transport Manager (Milk run)

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขนส่ง
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Planning truck and container transport plan and schedule. (Milk run)
• Lead transport activities to ensure customer's logistic activity safely.
• Improve operational flexibility while delivering products at the lowest total system cost possible and optimizing asset utilization.
• Produce sustainable business process improvements by focusing on key performance measurements and developing core competencies.
• Keep track and improve overall transport operation to reduce operational cost and increase efficiency.
• To suggest any improvement ideas to management.
• Coordinating with logistic subcontractors to conduct the best logistic service with good efficiency.
• Other task might be assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-45 years
• Bachelor's degree in Logistic or related field
• Have working experience at least 10 years of managing truck and container transport in any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Transport Assistant Manager or higher
• Have strong working experience about milk run transportation
• Conversational middle level of English or have TOEIC more than 450
• Have driving license
• Able to use MS Office

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• วางแผนและกำหนดการขนส่งรถบรรทุกและตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ (Milk run)
• ดำเนินกิจกรรมการขนส่งเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากิจกรรมด้านลอจิสติกส์ของลูกค้ามีความปลอดภัย
• ปรับปรุงความยืดหยุ่นในการดำเนินงานในขณะที่ส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยต้นทุนรวมของระบบที่ต่ำที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นไปได้และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้สินทรัพย์
• ผลิตการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทางธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืนโดยเน้นการวัดประสิทธิภาพหลักและการพัฒนาสมรรถนะหลัก
• ติดตามและปรับปรุงการดำเนินการขนส่งโดยรวมเพื่อลดต้นทุนการดำเนินงานและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
• เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวคิดการปรับปรุงใด ๆ ให้กับฝ่ายบริหาร
• ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาช่วงด้านลอจิสติกส์เพื่อให้บริการด้านลอจิสติกส์ที่ดีที่สุดและมีประสิทธิภาพดี
• งานอื่นๆ อาจได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 40-45 ปี
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา Logistic หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 10 ปี ในการจัดการรถบรรทุกและตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขนส่งหรือสูงกว่า
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการขนส่ง(Milk run)เป็นอย่างดี
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาหรือมีผลสอบ TOEIC มากกว่า 450
• มีใบขับขี่
• สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้
