Service Engineer (Factory Automation - Night Shift) (33K-43K) (SDG-79058) วิศวกรบริการ (ระบบโรงงานอัตโนมัติ - กะกลางคืน) <Job Responsibilities> - Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns. - Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. - Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. - Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures. - Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis. - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, 25-30 years old - Bachelor’s degree of Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering - 2-3 years of working experiences as Service Engineer, Application Engineer, or Electrical Engineer - Knowledge in Electrical - Good command in English for internal communication with Japanese Manager - Own car and able to use for business purpose (compensate in salary) - Able to work on night shift from 17.00 PM - 2.00 AM - Able to work on Saturday (can compensate to leave on weekday) - Able to work overtime Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Bearing, Bangkok Working Hour: 17:00 PM -2:00 AM (Mon-Fri (Sat: if its necessary (several times/ year))) About the Benefits Salary: 33,000–43,000THB About the company Product & Service: Textile machinery, Machine tools, Sheet Metal Machinery, Automated systems, Clean FA systems, Communication equipment Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing
