Service Engineer (Factory Automation) (19K-25K) (SDG-79048) วิศวกรบริการ (ระบบโรงงานอัตโนมัติ) <Job Responsibilities> - Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns. - Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. - Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. - Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures. - Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis. - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 21-25 years old - Bachelor’s degree of Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering - Fresh graduates are welcome - Knowledge in Electrical - Good command in English for internal communication with Japanese Manager - Own car and able to use for business purpose (compensate in salary) - Able to work on Saturday (can compensate to leave on weekday) - Able to work overtime Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Bearing, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (Sat: if its necessary (several times/ year))) About the Benefits Salary: 19,000–25,000THB About the company Product & Service: Textile machinery, Machine tools, Sheet Metal Machinery, Automated systems, Clean FA systems, Communication equipment Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing
