Sales Manager (Food) (50K-70K) (SDG-72770) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย(อาหาร) <Job Responsibilities> - Manage Sales team (Achieve budget, sell new product, develop new customers, educate sales activity to staff) - Develop new client - Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base - Understand category-specific landscapes and trends and feedback to R&D department - Report sales performance to Top Management (JP manager) - Other Tasks assigned by Japanese Manager <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 34-45 years old - Bachelor’s degree - Experiences as a Sales in Food / Vegetable or any related field more than 5 years - Management experience more than 1 year - Conversational High level of English (to communicate with JP manager) - Have intention of commitment, discipline - Able to reporting to supervisor frequently, share information - Handle big account especially Hotel, Restaurant, Supermarket - Working Experience in Foreign company (Working with foreigner) - Own car with driver <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in selling Cooked/Processed food item (e.g. Ready to Eat, Ready to Cook) - Experience in taking care Japanese food Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Prapradaeng, Samutprakran Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri and 4th Sat per month) About the Benefits Salary: 50,000–70,000THB About the company Product & Service: Food, Canned food Business Type: Food / Beverages

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (อาหาร) (50K-70K) (SDG-72770) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - บริหารจัดการทีมขาย (บรรลุงบประมาณ ขายสินค้าใหม่ พัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ ให้ความรู้กิจกรรมการขายแก่พนักงาน) - พัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ - พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามแผนกลยุทธ์เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายและขยายฐานลูกค้าของเรา - ทำความเข้าใจภูมิทัศน์และแนวโน้มเฉพาะหมวดหมู่และข้อเสนอแนะไปยังแผนก R&D - รายงานผลการขายต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูง (ผู้จัดการ JP) - งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 34-45 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายอาหาร / ผัก หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มากกว่า 5 ปี - ประสบการณ์การบริหารมากกว่า 1 ปี - Conversational High level of English (เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการ JP) - มีความตั้งใจ มุ่งมั่น มีวินัย - สามารถรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาได้บ่อยครั้ง แบ่งปันข้อมูล - ดูแลลูกค้ารายใหญ่โดยเฉพาะโรงแรม ร้านอาหาร ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต - ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทต่างประเทศ (ทำงานกับชาวต่างชาติ) - มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวพร้อมคนขับ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์การขายอาหารปรุงสุก/แปรรูป (เช่น พร้อมรับประทาน พร้อมปรุง) - มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลอาหารญี่ปุ่น ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : พระประแดง สมุทรปราการ เวลาทำการ: 8:00-17:00 น.
