QC/QA Manager (Japanese Speaking) (46K – 64K) (SDG-55405) ผู้จัดการฝ่าย QC / QA (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น) Duties & Responsibilities: • Implement QA/QC activities in inspecting products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications • Handling ISO/IATF16949 issues • Report quality problems to Plant Manager and procedure of quality concern • Contact to Japanese head quarter by phone and web conference • Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained • Conduct QA audit and Quality risk analysis at production site • Keep KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI • Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to client • Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem • Make an action plan for KAIZEN of quality issue and implement it with each related Dept. • Conducting labor management and training • Perform other tasks as assign by Plant Manager Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 35-40 years • College Diploma in Engineering field • Advanced Conversation high Level of Japanese (Possess JLPT N2) • Advanced Conversation middle Level of English • At least 3 years QA/QC experience in Automotive parts manufacturing • At least 3 years management experience Assistant manager level above • Having experience in assembly line • Be able to commute to work by themselves • Able to speak Chinese is preferable Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : Conversational Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Every other Saturday) About the Benefit Salary: 46,500–64,500THB • Social Insurance • Private Insurance About the allowance • Transportation Allowance • Housing Allowance • Position allowance • Diligent Allowance • Meal Allowance • Language Allowance About the company • Business Type: Manufacturing of Automotive Parts • Products: Automotive Parts
