Purchasing Manager (40K–60K) (SDG-63736)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
- Improve purchasing system an procedure (Increase up speed and sourcing channel)
- Set up KPI and incentive scheme for purchasing team to increase up team performance of sourcing material ( to save company cost and increase profit)
- Monitor team performance for sourcing and order material / furniture / decoration
- Create negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Research potential vendors for construction material
- Sourcing and compare material to seek for quality and best price
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing of supplier
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Find out new innovative or technology to be a substitute for the material that supplier offer
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5-6 years experience as purchasing / procurement / sourcing in construction (Hotel / Condominium )
- Team management experience
- Experience set up KPI / purchasing process to improve team performance
- Experience purchasing of material / furniture for construction
- Good command of English (Con-Mid)
- Knowledge of vendors sourcing both domestic and International

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- พัฒนา เป็นผู้นำ และดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อ
- ปรับปรุงขั้นตอนระบบการจัดซื้อ (เพิ่มความเร็วและช่องทางการจัดหา)
- จัดทำ KPI และ Incentive สำหรับทีมจัดซื้อเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของทีมในการจัดหาวัสดุ (เพื่อประหยัดต้นทุนของบริษัทและเพิ่มผลกำไร)

- สร้างกลยุทธ์การเจรจาต่อรองและปิดข้อตกลงด้วยเงื่อนไขที่เหมาะสมที่สุด
- วิจัยผู้ขายที่มีศักยภาพสำหรับวัสดุก่อสร้าง
- จัดหาและเปรียบเทียบวัสดุเพื่อค้นหาคุณภาพและราคาที่ดีที่สุด
- เจรจาเงื่อนไขสัญญาข้อตกลงและราคาซัพพลายเออร์
- พยากรณ์ราคาและแนวโน้มตลาดเพื่อระบุการเปลี่ยนแปลงของดุลอำนาจผู้ซื้อ-ซัพพลายเออร์
- ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและสถานการณ์และการเปรียบเทียบ
- ติดตามและรายงานตัวชี้วัดการทำงานที่สำคัญเพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่ายและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ
- ค้นหานวัตกรรมหรือเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เพื่อทดแทนวัสดุที่ซัพพลายเออร์เสนอให้

- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5-6 ปีในการจัดซื้อ / จัดหา / จัดหาในการก่อสร้าง (โรงแรม / คอนโดมิเนียม )
