<Number of employees : Total : 50 Local : 49 Japanese : 1 > <Report Line : Japanese Factory directory in English > <Team Member: 20-30membes > <Number of Subordinates: Depends on your skills, around 30members > <Products: Food (Preparation)> <Clients: Japanese food manufacturing company> <Saturday Working: Basically no Saturday working *But It has Saturday working in emergency case/ Other employee in plant has Saturday working> <Position objective > - Responsible for management of production and engineering every filed in factory. <Job Responsibilities> - Manage for production and engineering department according production plan - Production control and planning quality and safety discipline - Training and leadership for your team members around 20-30members - Report to Japanese factory manager in English - Solve problems in production line and engineering filed - Handle for supplier management with engineering members - Report to management about Waste&, productivity etc - Other works assigned by Japanese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor or Master degree - At least 3 years experience as production manager in Food or Beverages factory - Conversational low to middle level of English ( report to Japanese manager ) - Be able to commute by own car Personality : Strong leadership <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience of powder food - Experience of FSSC22000 or HACCP , GHP - Business level of English
