<Number of employees : Total : 565 Local : 560 Japanese : 5 > <Report Line : Thai manager and Japanese GM > <Team Member: Around 100people > <Number of Subordinates: Depends on your experience > <Products: Fabric products for air-bag > <Clients: Automotive > <Saturday Working: Average once in a month> <Position objective > Manage and control in production area <Job Responsibilities> ・Promote to work efficiency and make to work plan in production area ・Manage and control overall operation of the production line. ・Maintain standard and improve productivity ・Analyze the causes of NG and consider and implement NG countermeasures ・Manage own members to keep operation advancing to meet the production target. ・Report to Production Manager and Japanese manager about result of production line ・Prepare monthly and yearly production plan ・Solve the problems in production by cooperating with other members ・Educate and train new members by giving proper introduction and advise ・Secure plant safety, environment and promote 5S activity ・Other task might be assigned by Japanese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree from Engineer or production control related filed. - At least 8 years working experience as production control in Japanese or Foreign affiliated automobile or Fiber factory - At least 5years as assistant manager level in over 100members factory - Have knowledge and experienced of budgeting(Fixed Cost/Variable Cost) and Investment / CAPEX Planning - Not job hopper ( at lease 2years experience in same company) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work in Japanese company - Conversational middle level of English - Have manpower management
