Production Assistant Manager – GM
(50K – 100K) (SDG-73844)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve production process in Manual Insert & Automation department for effective performance.
• Analyze, prevent, find solutions to solve problems that happened in the production process. (Automation Department)
• To consider efficient manpower plan, production line plan to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with related departments such as production control, material control to ensure the production process is operated efficiently.
• To report and discuss future plan with Japanese managements
• Other task as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-50 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
• Have working experience at least 5 years as Production Engineer in SMT or PCBA Automation & Manual Insert process (Production line)
• Have management experience at least 3 year as Assistant manager or higher in SMT or PCBA Automation & Manual Insert process (Production line)
• A person who is willing to work in production line to improve production, not only desk review.
• Advanced conversational middle level of English
• Having strong experience and achievement of manpower planning is preferable
• Having strong experience and achievement of production efficiency is preferable

Workplace Area: Siam Eastern Industrial Park
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: Every other Saturday >)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตในแผนก Manual Insert & Automation เพื่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
• วิเคราะห์ ป้องกัน หาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต (ฝ่ายระบบอัตโนมัติ)
• เพื่อพิจารณาแผนกำลังคนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ แผนสายการผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การควบคุมการผลิต การควบคุมวัสดุ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ากระบวนการผลิตดำเนินไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• เพื่อรายงานและหารือเกี่ยวกับแผนในอนาคตกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 35-50 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในตำแหน่ง Production Engineer ใน SMT หรือ PCBA Automation & Manual Insert process (Production line)
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการหรือสูงกว่าในกระบวนการผลิต SMT หรือ PCBA Automation & Manual Insert (สายการผลิต)
• ผู้ที่ยินดีทำงานในสายการผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงการผลิต ไม่ใช่แค่การรีวิวโต๊ะทำงาน
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีประสบการณ์และความสำเร็จในการวางแผนกำลังคนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์และความสำเร็จด้านประสิทธิภาพการผลิตเป็นอย่างดี
