<Job Responsibilities> - Assist with technical questions or concerns during the sales process - Respond the inbound phone call and gather the information of requirement - Reach out as cold call to outbound customers in order to provide and propose our products/services to new and exisiting customers - Participate in the initial portion of the project specification process - Collaborate with the sales support or account team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations - Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals - Act as liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and engineering groups - Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions - Coordinate the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation engineering once contracts have been awarded - Other related tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 26 – 35 years old - Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering in related field - More than 3 years of working experiences as Pre-Sales Engineer or Technical Engineer in CCTV or other security products - Good command of verbal and written English (to communicate with foreign report line and in documents) - Customer-service minded and presentation skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Huay Khwang, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday (Weekend off) ) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–70,000THB About the company Products: the core technologies of audio and video encoding, video image processing, and related data storage, as well as forward-looking technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and deep learning.
