New Product Development Specialist (JP Speaking)

นักพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for research, planning and implementing new program and protocols into company or organization and overseeing the development of new products.
• Develop concept, products and solutions by coordinating with related function and mother company in Japan (report in English and Japanese)
• Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured product.
• Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors and customers.
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
• Building prototypes and testing both in-house and on-side.
• Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
• Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals
• Manage customer relationships and perform project review, customer visits by company car with driver and product testing.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-40 years
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Any Engineering field, Engineering Management, Marketing research or any related field.
• At least 3 years experience in Product Development in Automotive industry.
• Advance conversation high level in English.
• Be able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3 is required)
• Having basic knowledge of Marketing such as 3C analysis, STPC
• Having willingness to try new product development
• Ability to corporate well with colleagues (Upper and lower level)
• A strong sense of creativity and solving problems.
• Enthusiasm and high self esteem

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• รับผิดชอบในการวิจัย วางแผนและนำโปรแกรมและโปรโตคอลใหม่ไปใช้ในบริษัทหรือองค์กร และดูแลการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
• พัฒนาแนวคิด ผลิตภัณฑ์ และโซลูชั่นโดยประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและบริษัทแม่ในญี่ปุ่น (รายงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
• เข้าใจความคาดหวังของลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่จะผลิต
• กำหนดและดำเนินการเทคโนโลยีที่ได้รับการปรับปรุงซึ่งใช้โดยซัพพลายเออร์ คู่แข่ง และลูกค้า
• กำหนดเป้าหมายและลำดับความสำคัญของโครงการโดยร่วมมือกับฝ่ายการตลาดและการปฏิบัติการ
• การสร้างต้นแบบและการทดสอบทั้งภายในองค์กรและภายนอก
• วิจัย ออกแบบ และประเมินวัสดุ การประกอบ กระบวนการและอุปกรณ์
• ตรวจสอบตัวชี้วัดและวัตถุประสงค์ของทีมเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าบรรลุเป้าหมาย
• จัดการความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและดำเนินการทบทวนโครงการ เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าโดยรถยนต์ของบริษัทพร้อมคนขับและการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 35-40 ปี
• ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทในสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ การจัดการวิศวกรรม การวิจัยการตลาดหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ (จำเป็นต้องมี JLPT N3)
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการตลาด เช่น การวิเคราะห์ 3C, STPC
• มีความเต็มใจที่จะทดลองพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ
• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้ดี (ระดับบนและล่าง)
