Merchandiser domestic (JP speaking N2) (25K–45K) (SDG-62468) เมอร์แชนไดเซอร์ (ในประเทศ-สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น N2) <Job Responsibilities> - Acquire the requirement details of clothing design from designer from Japan headquarters then coordinate with factory in thailand in order to develop new sample to ensure that it is possible to proceed bulk production according to company’s costing targets, quality standard and in-time sample delivery according to working time line. - Responsible for whole process of garment order start from sampling development, mass production until shipment completed - Responsible for price negotiation according to company’s costing targets - Develop new samples according to R&D/Planning department needs in each season to ensure that it is possible to proceed bulk production, costing target, quality standard and in-time sample delivery according to working timeline. - Coordinate with production coordinator, factories/suppliers and Head Quarter to ensure accurately in-time shipment in bulk production. - Work with production coordinator to solve occurred problems in bulk production. - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Female 22 - 35 years old - Bachelor’s Degree , Fresh graduates or have direct work experiences in merchandiser from garment industries - Good command of written and spoken in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) - Good command in English (with Toeic certificate at least 650) - Strong passion to work in apparel business - Skilled in negotiation and analytical thinking , self-taught and self challenging - Able to work under pressure <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in merchandiser (highly prefered) in garment industries - Candidate who lived and studied in Japan and have any experience (part time job, intern) in apparel business would be advantage. ผู้ขายสินค้าภายในประเทศ (JP พูด N2) (25K–45K) (SDG-62468) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - รับรายละเอียดข้อกำหนดการออกแบบเสื้อผ้าจากดีไซเนอร์จากสำนักงานใหญ่ในญี่ปุ่น แล้วประสานงานกับโรงงานในประเทศไทยเพื่อพัฒนาตัวอย่างใหม่เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสามารถดำเนินการผลิตจำนวนมากได้ตามเป้าหมายต้นทุนของบริษัท มาตรฐานคุณภาพ และการจัดส่งตัวอย่างตรงเวลาตาม ถึงเส้นเวลาทำงาน - รับผิดชอบกระบวนการสั่งตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้าทั้งหมด เริ่มตั้งแต่การสุ่มตัวอย่าง การผลิตจำนวนมาก จนถึงการส่งสินค้าเสร็จสิ้น - รับผิดชอบการเจรจาราคาตามเป้าหมายต้นทุนของบริษัท - พัฒนาตัวอย่างใหม่ตามความต้องการของแผนก R&D/วางแผน ในแต่ละฤดูกาล เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสามารถดำเนินการผลิตจำนวนมาก ต้นทุนเป้าหมาย มาตรฐานคุณภาพ และจัดส่งตัวอย่างตรงเวลาตามไทม์ไลน์การทำงาน - ประสานงานกับผู้ประสานงานการผลิต โรงงาน/ซัพพลายเออร์ และสำนักงานใหญ่ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการจัดส่งที่ตรงเวลาในการผลิตจำนวนมาก - ทำงานร่วมกับผู้ประสานงานการผลิตเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการผลิตจำนวนมาก - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 22 - 35 ปี - ปริญญาตรี , นักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือมีประสบการณ์การทำงานตรงในสินค้าจากอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องนุ่งห่ม - สามารถเขียนและพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (JLPT N2 ขึ้นไป) - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (มีใบรับรอง Toeic อย่างน้อย 650) - มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงานในธุรกิจเครื่องนุ่งห่ม - มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง คิดวิเคราะห์ เรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองและท้าทายตนเอง - สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในผู้ค้าสินค้า (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องนุ่งห่ม - ผู้สมัครที่อาศัยและศึกษาที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น และมีประสบการณ์ (งานพาร์ทไทม์, ฝึกงาน) ในธุรกิจเครื่องนุ่งห่มจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ระดับธุรกิจ สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS สุรศักดิ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ : 8:30-17:30 น.
