Duties & Responsibilities:
• Make production schedule and execution
• Make manning schedule
• Yield management from raw materials to products
• Make productivity improvement plan and execution
• Manage and instruct to operator
• Other tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years working experience in food or pharmaceutical industry
• Advanced conversational middle of English (Be able to read and write)
• Be able to commute to work by themselves
• Be proactive person
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: WHA C1
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri *Basically no Saturday working *But It has Saturday working in emergency case/ Other employee in plant has Saturday working)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดทำตารางการผลิตและการดำเนินการ
• จัดทำตารางแมนนิ่ง
• การจัดการผลผลิตจากวัตถุดิบสู่ผลิตภัณฑ์
• จัดทำแผนการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและการดำเนินการ
• บริหารจัดการและสั่งสอนผู้ปฏิบัติงาน
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 35-45 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี
• ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารหรือยา
• ภาษาอังกฤษสนทนา (อ่านออกเขียนได้)
• สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานเองได้
• เป็นคนเชิงรุก

• ภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี
• พื้นที่ทำงาน: WHA C1
• เวลาทำงาน: 8:00-17:00 น. (จันทร์-ศุกร์ *โดยทั่วไปไม่ทำงานวันเสาร์ *แต่มีวันเสาร์ทำงานในกรณีฉุกเฉิน/ พนักงานคนอื่นในโรงงานมีวันเสาร์ทำงาน)
