Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prospect for new clients through client visits, cold-calling, networking, and lead generation activities. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand and fulfill their logistics needs. - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients. - Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing excellent after-sales service and support. - Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with internal departments to design tailored logistics solutions that meet client requirements. - Negotiate rates and contract terms with customers and carriers to maximize profitability. - Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and relevant industry regulations. - Oversee and support the performance of one subordinate sales staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed. - Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance metrics. - Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. - 4 years of experience in a sales/business development position in the logistics industry - At least 1 year as a senior/leader level - Experience with Freight forwarding, Sea/Air/Cross-border logistics - Conversational high level of English (To use in email, Documents, and communicate with Clients and suppliers) - Have driving license *Company car provide* - Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience with both Land transportation and overseas transportation - Experience as a senior/leader level with subordinates <Personality> - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
