<Job Responsibilities>
- Area of expertise will be related to, for example, BOI, Labour Law, Due Diligence in tax related area, providing guidance, drafting, legal advices about license and other related areas
- All aspects of legal works i.e. giving legal advice to clients, drafting and reviewing various agreements and various legal documents;
- All company secretarial and corporate works
- Legal research, monitoring updates in the laws and regulations
- Attend the meetings and manage the correspondences with clients and external persons
- Supervising and training junior and senior lawyer in the team
- Manage team resources and economic aspect of the assignment
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 30 - 42 years old
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Law
- More than 5 years of working experiences as Lawyer in area of BOI / Labour Law / Due Diligence tax related area or other related areas
- Working experiences with legal works: drafting and reviewing agreements / legal documents
- Management experiences
- Welcome from both corporates and/or firms
- Business level of verbal and written English (to use 100% in documents and communicate at works)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Legal firms working experiences
- Lawyer license

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- สาขาที่เชี่ยวชาญจะเกี่ยวข้องกับ เช่น BOI, กฎหมายแรงงาน, Due Diligence ด้านภาษี, ให้คำแนะนำ, ร่าง, คำแนะนำด้านกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับใบอนุญาตและด้านอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานด้านกฎหมายทุกด้าน เช่น ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแก่ลูกค้า ร่างและตรวจสอบข้อตกลงต่างๆ และเอกสารทางกฎหมายต่างๆ
- งานเลขานุการบริษัทและองค์กรทั้งหมด
- การวิจัยทางกฎหมาย ติดตามการปรับปรุงในกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับ
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมและจัดการการติดต่อกับลูกค้าและบุคคลภายนอก
- กำกับดูแลและฝึกอบรมทนายความรุ่นเยาว์และอาวุโสในทีม
- จัดการทรัพยากรของทีมและแง่มุมทางเศรษฐกิจของการมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย/หญิง 30 - 42 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขานิติศาสตร์
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานทนายความด้าน BOI มากกว่า 5 ปี / กฎหมายแรงงาน / Due Diligence ด้านภาษีอากร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านกฎหมาย : การร่างและตรวจสอบข้อตกลง / เอกสารทางกฎหมาย
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการ
- การต้อนรับจากทั้งองค์กรและ/หรือบริษัท
- ระดับธุรกิจของการพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ (เพื่อใช้ในเอกสารและสื่อสารในที่ทำงาน 100%)
