Land Acquisition / Business Development (Assistant Manager or Manager level) (45K–80K) (SDG-63300)
พนักงานการจัดหาที่ดิน / พัฒนาธุรกิจ (ระดับผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการหรือผู้จัดการ)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop business plan of real estate business such as condominium, house, service apartment, logistics centre, hotel, office buildings, shopping mall etc.
- Find new land plots and acquire land as following business plan
- Conduct project feasibility study, Market feasibility study
- Land analysis in Law and regulation (legal limitation, zoning regulation, building control regulation)
- Negotiate price and other conditions with landlord and/or agents
- Collaborate with partner company
- Reporting and documentations related sales and transfer progress between Thailand and Japan
- Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Finance, Real Estate is preferable)
- Business level of English
- Having experience in land Acquisition or business development of real estate project in real estate developer or financial institute for more than 5 years
- Active and Disciplined, work proactively
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in land acquisition

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- พัฒนาแผนธุรกิจของธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เช่น คอนโดมิเนียม บ้าน เซอร์วิสอพาร์ทเมนท์ ศูนย์โลจิสติกส์ โรงแรม อาคารสำนักงาน ห้างสรรพสินค้า เป็นต้น
- หาที่ดินแปลงใหม่และได้มาซึ่งที่ดินตามแผนธุรกิจดังต่อไปนี้
- ดำเนินการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางการตลาด
- การวิเคราะห์ที่ดินตามกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับ (ข้อจำกัดทางกฎหมาย ระเบียบการแบ่งเขต ระเบียบการควบคุมอาคาร)
- ต่อรองราคาและเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ กับเจ้าของบ้านและ/หรือตัวแทน
- ร่วมมือกับบริษัทพันธมิตร
- การรายงานและเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการขายและความคืบหน้าการโอนระหว่างไทยและญี่ปุ่น
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 27 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (การเงิน, อสังหาริมทรัพย์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ระดับภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดหาที่ดินหรือพัฒนาธุรกิจโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในผู้พัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือสถาบันการเงินมากกว่า 5 ปี
- กระตือรือร้นและมีวินัย ทำงานเชิงรุก

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดหาที่ดิน
