IT MES Engineer Onsite Support (25K–35K) (SDG-62340)

<Job Responsibilities>
This position need to work at client's factory(Japanese big automotive company) and provide IT support especially for MES system (MES: Manufacturing Execution System)
- Responsible for support users on day-to-day shop floor application (MES).
- Analysis and problem solving related to MES
- Coordinator and interactive each other with users, Infrastructure team, Database team, Application team (sometimes need to coordinate with vendor in Japan by email)
- Lead of system rollout, Training Key User
- Handle the MES issue which key user can’t solve
- Provide new requirement and issue (which can’t solve by themselves) to Corp IT
- Authorized to the key user Support UAT with key user
- Make report in English
- Responsible for all functions that is assigned by supervisor
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT System Administrator/IT support at factory (Automotive industry is preferred)
- Good command of English skill (mainly for email and documents)
- Basis knowledge for infrastructure (such as command, server etc)
- Good analytical skill and problem-solving skill
- The desire to work as part of a team in supporting an organization and excellent service mind
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge of .Net, MS SQL server, Oracle database and other Technology
- Good understanding of production process, MES/ERP/RPA system

ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องทำงานที่โรงงานของลูกค้า (บริษัทยานยนต์รายใหญ่ของญี่ปุ่น) และให้การสนับสนุนด้านไอทีโดยเฉพาะสำหรับระบบ MES (MES: Manufacturing Execution System)
- รับผิดชอบการสนับสนุนผู้ใช้ในแอปพลิเคชันประจำร้าน (MES) แบบวันต่อวัน
- การวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ MES
- ประสานงานและโต้ตอบกับผู้ใช้, ทีมโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน, ทีมฐานข้อมูล, ทีมแอปพลิเคชัน (บางครั้งต้องประสานงานกับผู้ขายในญี่ปุ่นทางอีเมล)
- ผู้นำการเปิดตัวระบบ Training Key User
- จัดการปัญหา MES ที่ผู้ใช้หลักไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้
- จัดเตรียมข้อกำหนดและปัญหาใหม่ (ซึ่งไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้ด้วยตัวเอง) ให้กับ Corp IT
- อนุญาตผู้ใช้หลัก รองรับ UAT พร้อมผู้ใช้หลัก
- ทำรายงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- รับผิดชอบงานทั้งหมดที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย 26 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT System Administrator/ IT Support อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในโรงงาน (อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เน้นอีเมลและเอกสารเป็นหลัก)
- ความรู้พื้นฐานสำหรับโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน (เช่น คำสั่ง เซิร์ฟเวอร์ ฯลฯ)
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่ดีและทักษะการแก้ปัญหา
- ความปรารถนาที่จะทำงานเป็นทีมในการสนับสนุนองค์กรและการบริการที่เป็นเลิศ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ .Net, เซิร์ฟเวอร์ MS SQL, ฐานข้อมูล Oracle และเทคโนโลยีอื่นๆ
