Job Description

HR & Secretary (Japanese Speaking) (25K-38K) (SDG-81583)
ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและเลขานุการ (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น)

<Job Responsibilities>
Secretarial Tasks: 
-	Prepare and submit documents for visa, work permit and 90 days report for president, 
-	family and foreign staff. 
-	Document preparation for board of directors and shareholders meeting. 
-	Air ticket and hotel booking for the president 
-	Arrange the driver’s schedule for The President and Director.
-	Claim business trip and issue debit note. 
-	Translation in the meeting as assigned.
Human Resources:
-	Checking employee’s allowance who has upcountry traveling.
-	Management on personnel job, including social insurance /workmen 
-	compensation/provident fund/ physical health checking, staff news year party and other staffs welfare, etc.
-	Management on Health Insurance Company (employees group insurance), employees claim form submission, New employee application and employee resignation application form.
General Affairs:
-	Support GA manager to arrange company important documents such as company affidavit, shareholder list,etc., including for changing/updating of these documents.
-	Update and review company regulation.
-	Update and review all admin related contracts (e.g. Office, maintenance service, maid, driver, etc.)
-	Recruiting new employees
-	Issuing employment contract and employment certification.
-	Assign work to janitor and monitor IN-OUT time attendance.
-	Management on office stationery and office supplies stock and purchase.
-	Record the information to Express program regarding to the usual expense of company.
-	Global Insurance Renewal Management. 
-	Coordinate with Japan HQ internal auditor team. 
-	Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-	Thai nationality, Female, age 28-35 years old 
-	Bachelor's degree in any related field.
-	At least 3 years of experience in HR&GA or Admin or Secretary 
-	Experience with documents-visa/work permit, insurances, provident fund.
-	Well versed in handling HR/Admin documents.
-	Good command of English both written and verbal with TOEIC650
-	Good command of Japanese skill with JLPT N3 
-	Pleasant looking, fast and enthusiastic
-	Communication, well organizing skills, able to work independently

Languages skills 
English: Business level
Japanese: Conversational level

Workplace Area:  MRT Lumpini, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Now Hybrid on Friday - WFH))
