<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing and participating in due diligence and business valuation engagements, and leading engagements which are complex and Mazars’ client critical.
- Analyzing financial/operational results of companies/targets by reviewing their accounting records and conducting interviews with management
- Preparing or evaluating pro-forma financial information
- Evaluating effects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements
- Performing research on industry and organization
- Assist directors and senior people in M&A transactions/Corporate Finance through preparation of investment teaser, information memorandum, business plan, financial analysis and managing client communications as and when needed.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and possess a strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- More than 5 years in Financial Advisory field from Auditing/Accounting firms
- Knowledge in Due Diligence, Deal Advisory and other related services
- Business level of verbal and written in English
- Familiar with various industry from school, manufacturing to services and etc.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Can join immediately or within short notice
- CPA CFA, ACCA, or MBA

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- การจัดการและการมีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบวิเคราะห์สถานะและการประเมินมูลค่าธุรกิจ และการนัดหมายชั้นนำที่มีความซับซ้อนและมีความสำคัญต่อลูกค้าของ Mazars
- วิเคราะห์ผลทางการเงิน/การดำเนินงานของบริษัท/เป้าหมายโดยการตรวจสอบบันทึกทางบัญชีและสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร
- จัดทำหรือประเมินข้อมูลทางการเงินเสมือน
- การประเมินผลกระทบของฤดูกาลและวัฏจักรต่อความต้องการกระแสเงินสด
- ดำเนินการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมและองค์กร
- ช่วยเหลือกรรมการและผู้อาวุโสในการทำธุรกรรม M&A/การเงินองค์กร ผ่านการจัดเตรียมทีเซอร์การลงทุน บันทึกข้อมูล แผนธุรกิจ การวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน และการจัดการการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าเมื่อจำเป็น
- ปลูกฝังความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและมีความรู้ที่ดีในการใช้ประโยชน์จากวิธีการที่แพร่หลาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 30 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มากกว่า 5 ปีในด้านที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินจากสำนักงานตรวจสอบ/บัญชี
- ความรู้ใน Due Diligence, Deal Advisory และบริการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ระดับธุรกิจของการพูดและเขียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- คุ้นเคยกับอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ ตั้งแต่โรงเรียน การผลิต ไปจนถึงการบริการ และอื่นๆ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทันทีหรือภายในระยะเวลาอันสั้น
- CPA CFA, ACCA หรือ MBA
