<Job Responsibilities>
• Achieve growth and hit regional sales targets by successfully managing the sales team in East China
• Identify new distributors and retailers
• Plan and execute the monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan and expense budget for the region
• Prepare customer development plan, regional market information, and other information to the superior
• Identify new distributors and retailers
• Evaluate individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration or a related field
• At least 8 years of sales experience with more than 5 years of regional management experience
• Experience in the FMCG market in China
• Proven track record in new product promotion and sales development
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office
