Chief Compliance (45K–50K) (SDG-63166) หัวหน้าการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ <Job Responsibilities> - Prevent illegal and set standards for group companies - Update new laws related with company's business - Monitor all regulations related to company's business and operations - Update and inform relevant departments regarding Compliance policy designated list and report suspicious transactions - Provide training to each companies in group to create awareness of the Company's policies relating to legal issues (both in-house and outsources) - Provide legal advice to other departments to ensure that all operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations - Dealing with every levels of employees - Manage tasks on time - Making a report to Japanese Management - To be an advisor for junior member - Complete all assignments as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 30 - 40 years old - Bachelor’s Degree or Master's degree in Law - Experiences 5 years in the Compliance field in Japanese Manufacturing - Strong knowledge and experience in Compliance/ Legal - Good command of spoken and written English - Experience in Japanese Company with understanding Japanese working style well - Able to go business trip in Manufacturing once or twice a month by company car and driver <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have lawyer license / Thai Bar - Experience in managing subordinate - Able to speak Japanese - Experience in the Automotive field or big company Languages skills English: Business Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Nana, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 45,000–50,000THB About the company Product & Service: Manufacturing wire, PVC tape, wiring-harness, automobile component Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts

การปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของหัวหน้า (45K–50K) (SDG-63166) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ป้องกันมิชอบด้วยกฎหมายและกำหนดมาตรฐานให้กับกลุ่มบริษัท - อัพเดทกฎหมายใหม่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจของบริษัท - ตรวจสอบกฎระเบียบทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจและการดำเนินงานของบริษัท - อัปเดตและแจ้งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับรายการที่กำหนดนโยบายการปฏิบัติตามและรายงานธุรกรรมที่น่าสงสัย - จัดอบรมให้กับแต่ละบริษัทในกลุ่มเพื่อสร้างจิตสำนึกในนโยบายของบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประเด็นทางกฎหมาย (ทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท) - ให้คำแนะนำด้านกฎหมายแก่หน่วยงานอื่นเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการดำเนินงานทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด - ติดต่อกับพนักงานทุกระดับ - จัดการงานตรงเวลา - ทำรายงานต่อผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น - เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับรุ่นน้อง - ทำงานทั้งหมดตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 30 - 40 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขานิติศาสตร์ - ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบในการผลิตของญี่ปุ่น - มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย/กฎหมายเป็นอย่างดี - สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี - มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นและเข้าใจการทำงานแบบญี่ปุ่นเป็นอย่างดี - สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานที่ Manufacturing ได้เดือนละครั้งหรือสองครั้งโดยรถยนต์และคนขับของบริษัท <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีใบอนุญาตทนายความ / Thai Bar - มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา -สามารถพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ - มีประสบการณ์ด้านยานยนต์หรือบริษัทใหญ่ ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับธุรกิจ ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS นานา กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8:00-17:00 น.
