Job Description
• Reports directly to Managing Director • Is a critical member of the senior management team; working with other senior management members to drive the business and agency to be profitable, from a strategy team perspective • Works vertically and horizontally through all agency groups/teams to help deliver strategic solutions for each team and Client project • Supervise and manages the Strategy Team • Overall responsibility to client projects from briefing to strategy building to creative development, executions and post project reporting, purely from a strategy perspective • Ensures that her/his Strategy Team members partners and guides/steers other teams to deliver agency output to be on-strategy, that Client agrees to • Works with market/industry/media data points, (market) research partners and combines with personal experience to deliver solid logical strategies and strategic input into all agency output/work. • Supervises teams & projects for mainly two fundamentals throughout all teams & output: • On-Strategy: Strategic input is ensured throughout all levels of work • On-brief & on-brand output • Is client facing when necessary/at key meetings, but is more importantly, responsible for delegating and allocating responsibility/accountability to team members. • Must be challenging internally and to the Client as well, for best practices/results and output for the business • Other assignment by the company
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree or above from related field • 10-15 years of related experience, with 5+ years in strategic leadership role in agency or corporate setting • At least 4-5 years of experience managing a team • Has an extensive knowledge and understanding of Thai consumer marketing data, Thai consumer journey, consumer media (including but not limited to digital/social media) touchpoints, Thai shopper marketing and uses this knowledge to deliver strong strategic insights to the work. • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Native Thai speaker with (at minimum) business conversation level English • Is a logical thinker who can make strategic decisions and assumptions using a strong mix of science (data) and art (experience, intuition, market & cultural understanding, creativity, etc) • Solution oriented <Preferable Skill / Experience (nice to have) > • Experience or understanding of automobile industry or marketing of same industry • Understands conversational JP
