Area Manager - Retail (BKK Area) (50K-60K) (SDG-82374) ผู้จัดการพื้นที่ - ค้าปลีก (เขตกรุงเทพฯ) <Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for operating the shops in assigned area to meet company’s targets and policies in an effective and efficient manner with shop manager. - The aim of any Area manager is to maximize profit whilst minimizing cost, oversee the daily work of employees, create a pleasant shopping atmosphere for customer in the shop where is assigned area with shop manager - Area managers ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards, staffs are fully versed on the target for the day and excellent customer service standards are met within the assigned area. - Depend on the size of the store, and company structure, Area managers may also be required to deal with human resources, marketing, logistics, information technology, customer service and finance to improve store operations <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 3 years’ experience of Area Manager from retail industry, fashion retail. - At least 3 years of management experience. - Positive, Initiative, proactive, can-do attitude as well as willing to work hard. - Good of stock management and sales management skills. - Proficient in MS office and presentation.
