Accounting and Finance Manager (60K-100K) (SDG-78106) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน <Job Responsibilities> [Finance] - Be in charge of overall finance operation of the company - Collate, prepare, and interpret reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements - Undertake strategic analysis and assist with strategic planning - Produce long-term business plans - Undertake research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance - Control income, cash flow and expenditure - Manage budgets - Carry out business modelling and risk assessments - Supervise staffs - Liaise with managerial staff and other colleagues. [Accounting] - Responsible for month-end closing, Internal Control, GL posting, Fixed asset, Account Payable. Including coaching the team and develop the accounting process to ensure the efficiency and productivity. - Leading monthly / quarterly / yearly closing processes ensure the correctness and compliance accordance with the group accounting policy (IFRS & Local GAAP). - Preparing & driving efficiency and effectiveness over the accounting process and GL activities. - Review and prepare journal entry and account reconciliation and provide the variance analysis. - Preparing and supporting data for the internal financial reports and the related forms. - Have good understanding in deferred tax and corporate income tax. - Supervise and manage the team of fixed asset, GL, and Account payable. - Leading in preparation of the annual statutory report. - Supporting the Tax Team to prepare the complex tax calculation. - Collaborate with Group Internal and External auditors. - Be able to manage the tasks during time pressure and complicated issues. - Ad-hoc assignments for special tasks relate to Accounting - In charge of overall Admin & HR
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 42-48 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 10 years of working experiences in accounting field with management experiences - Strong knowledge in credit management, risk analysis - Good command of verbal and written in English (to communicate internally with Japanese expatriates and others) - Have CPD license <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Graduate in master’s degree - Own CPA license - Accounting Program: Express - Working experiences in Construction company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk / Central Bangna, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri <Saturday work: NONE, Work in Office 100% >) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–100,000THB About the company Product & Service: General construction contractor, real estate business etc. Business Type: Real Estate (Development, Management, Brokerage); Construction / Home Building
