<Number of employees : Total : Local : Japanese : Foreigner : > <Report Line : > <Team Member: persons> <Number of Subordinates: persons > <Products: > <Clients: > <Saturday Working: > <Job Responsibilities> ・Plan, Design, and Analysis of Civil & Structural engineering works. ・Liaise with Clients, Client Representatives, Consultants, Contractors & Authorities from project inception to completion. ・To prepare design calculations. ・Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Clients and Authorities. ・Manage projects to meet the time, cost, quality, and safety objectives. ・Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site and attend meetings during the construction phase of projects.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Minimum bachelor degree in engineering (structural/civil), construction or similar function. ・Min. 1 year of relevant experience in Structural Design Engineer or equivalent. ・Experience and knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques. ・Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc. ・Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment, to meet deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team ・Good design sense, familiar with the production process, good communication. ・Conversational level of English Skill ・Age of 30 - 40 years old
