<Number of employees: Total: 579 Local: 572 Japanese: 7> <Report Line: Local PPIC Leader> <Team Member: 5 person> <Products: compact diesel engine related machines, such as single cylinder horizontal engine and agricultural equipment, compact diesel engine related machines, such as single cylinder horizontal engine and agricultural equipment> <Clients: Manufacturing company and consumers> <Job Responsibilities> ・Make daily plan monthly for house machining based on monthly production and export plan ・Ensure production and work schedule are maintained and distributed accordingly and sequence of daily production plan based on sales priority ・Coordinate well with internal members ・Make weekly shipment schedule that will be exported based on sales fixed order ・Issue processing card and barcode engine daily as planned ・Input export component into GPACK system ・Run shortage simulation program and distribute it for weekly production and for the next three months ahead ・Arrange daily plan for engine production for smooth system without any halt ・Review factual engine production schedule daily ・Make preparation for MRP process ・Coordinate with other branch regarding actual export component shipping situation ・Coordinate with supplier/vendor for the delivery of materials for daily factor operations ・Issue and control purchase order with management's approval and email it to supplier/vendor ・Control stock of direct materials meet with standard level of inventory ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male, 23-27 years old ・Conversational English proficiency, suitable for office use ・Minimum Diploma Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or similar ・2 years of experience as PPC and Purchasing in manufacturing company ・Able to operate MS Office well ・Experienced in using MRP system ・Honest, focused, proactive, good communication, able to work in a team, good interpersonal skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Work experience in Japanese company
