<Number of employees : 610 Local : 600 Japanese : 10 Foreigner :0> <Report Line : HQ in Tokyo > <Team Member: 0 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons> <Products: Financial Lease, Operating Lease > <Clients: Variative> <Saturday Working: On Call> <Job Responsibilities> - Search for investment opportunitiesand creating strategies that will help to earn the highest possible risk-adjusted return on their capital - Conduct industry, risks& performance analysis and to identify the good investment opportunities - Interpret, analyze and summarize complex data and prepare insightful initial presentations for the Investment Team - Perform due diligence and create financial/valuation models to forecast the IRR, cashflow and other key criteria for investment - Create productive, timely, and high-quality reports for investment decision recommendation - Develop and maintain good communication and relationship with the potential partner, investor client and other stakeholders - Consistently monitors market developments and up to date with global and economic trends
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Strong intellectual eye for investment opportunities - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Strong knowledge of accounting, valuation methodologies and financial modeling - Self-starter, entrepreneurial and effective communicator in both English and Indonesian - Strong network and connections in Indonesia - Business level of English - Minimum 30 years old - Have around 5 years of working experiences in the similar Job <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Have Japanese speaking skills
