<Number of employees : Total : 250+ Local : 250+ Japanese : 5 > <Report Line: Indonesian HR Section Manager> <Team Member: 4 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 1 person > <Products: Polyester Film > <Clients: FMCG and Packaging manufacturer > <Job Responsibilities> ・Monitor Community Development to ensure program's successful process ・Support and supervise Regulatory Affairs regarding process activity permits, equipment and personnel certification ・Support and supervise secretarial work ・Monitor and supervise company facilities to be properly maintained and ready to be used accordingly ・Handle and supervise industrial waste to ensure the waste selling process is handled properly ・Manage administration budget to ensure all expenditures are within the approved budget ・Monitor and implement all process aspect and impact to environment ・Monitor Occupational Safety and Health Management System to achieve a safe, secure and healthy workplace ・Monitor product quality to achieve zero defect and to the customer's satisfaction ・Monitor the implementation of Emergency Situation system and program and responsible during Emergency Situation ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male/Female, 30-35 years old ・Min. Bachelor's Degree related to Public Relation ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 7 years in CSR function ・Experienced in manufacturing company ・Experienced in CSR, Community Development and Public Relations <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in Japanese company ・Able to join asap ・Experienced in INREL
