<Number of employees : Total : 579 Local : 572 Japanese : 7> <Report Line: Indonesian Forwarding Assistant Manager> <Team Member: 4 persons> <Products: compact diesel engine related machines, such as single cylinder horizontal engine and agricultural equipment, compact diesel engine related machines, such as single cylinder horizontal engine and agricultural equipment> <Clients: Manufacturing company and consumers> <Job Responsibilities> ・Coordinate with domestic and overseas carrier, shipping agents & freight forwarders on transportation and cargo warehousing & business documents ・Follow up export, import, overseas and domestic shipments to ensure timely delivery of cargo (including tracking overseas and domestic shipments progress and communicating with customers on delivery statuses) ・Coordinate with Warehouse department on cargo loading and coordinate with trucking agent & end user on cargo unloading ・Prepare shipping documents complying to custom regulations ・Communicate with Marketing and Production to ensure goods availability to be delivered as per customer's order ・Control freight expense and actively participate in company cost reduction program ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male/Female, 23-28 years old ・Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Transportation Management or similar ・Conversational English proficiency ・Minimum 2 years of working experience related to customs procedures for export and import of goods ・Experienced in handling Exim ・Good understanding of custom regulation ・Good MS Office proficiency ・Hardworking, honest, good work ethics <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in a Japanese company ・Experience working in Manufacturing, Machinery or Automobile Industry
