<Number of employees : Total : 579 Local : 572 Japanese : 7> <Report Line: Indonesian Warehouse Assistant Manager> <Team Member: 2 persons> <Products: compact diesel engine related machines, such as single cylinder horizontal engine and agricultural equipment, compact diesel engine related machines, such as single cylinder horizontal engine and agricultural equipment> <Clients: Manufacturing company and consumers> <Job Responsibilities> ・Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. ・Pick order, pack, receive, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders. ・Ensure proper routing of materials is maintained while transporting the materials between departments ・Enter data into database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records; retrieve the stored information and respond to inquiries ・Perform other routine clerical activities according to the company’s established procedures ・Assist in picking, packing and stacking ・Assist the department in stock-taking and reporting of discrepancies. ・Maintain inventory data accuracy in G-pack system and participate in stock taking process. ・Maintain BOM (Bill of Material) in company system ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male/Female, 23-28 years old ・Minimum Diploma Degree ・Conversational English Proficiency ・Minimum of 2 years of working experience as similar position ・Technical Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain or in relevant fields ・Experience working in Manufacturing, Machinery or Automobile Industry ・Hard worker, initiative, detail oriented, also able to multitask and work proficiently in a team <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in a Japanese company ・Certification or license in heavy machineries (such as forklift)
