<Number of employees : Total : 40k+ Local : 40k+ > <Report Line : BOD > <Team Member: 0 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 20-30 persons > <Products: Textile (Fabrics, Yarn) > <Clients: B2B domestic and international> <Job Responsibilities> ・Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department ・Gather and analyze financial information for internal use ・Support budgeting and funding ・Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles ・Evaluate the company’s performance using key data ・Coordinate and complete annual audits ・Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making ・Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk ・Advise on problems and suggest improvements ・Supervise lower-level personnel
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male/ female around 35 - 45 years old ・Have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting ・Have a minimum of 8 years of experiences as an Accounting Manager for the textile or similar industry ・Have working experience as Consultant at Big 4 firm and handling big manufacture audit ・Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and reporting ・Excellent knowledge or risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting ・Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office ・Analytical mind with aptitude in math ・Excellent communication and presentation skills ・A problem-solver with attention to detail ・Organizational and leadership skills ・Business level English for both oral and written ・Placement location can be in Solo (preferably) or Jakarta
