<Number of employees : 610 Local : 600 Japanese : 10 Foreigner :0> <Report Line : Indonesia Team Leader > <Team Member: 7 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons> <Products: Financial Lease, Operating Lease > <Clients: Variative> <Saturday Working: NO> <Job Responsibilities> - Existence client relationship (Introduce new products and service, dealing with troubles from CL in Japanese and Bahasa language) - Getting appointment and attend the appointment in industrial area (1time – per day at least by face to face or online) *In case face to face meeting in industrial area, if you do not have driving license, company has company driver - Sales support jobs such as making quotations, contact and internal documents and so on - Business development to acquire new clients (In future) - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Business level of Japanese minimal N2 (Communication with client “Japanese expats”) - Conversational level of English (All system and many documents in company are in English) - Minimum Bachelor degree - Sales or customer service experience for 2 years - Must handling complaint from customers - Cooperative attitude and mind-set - Female, 24 - 32 years old <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Sales or customer service experience for Financial industry
