<Job Responsibilities>
Support Accounting & Administration Manager tasks as staff
◆Check reimbursement of company car’s operational expenses like gasoline, parking, and toll fee every week.
◆Check time sheet driver’s working hour every month.
◆Manage invoices from Vendors and follow up unissued Invoice from Suppliers, Checking invoice and supporting documents from
Suppliers
◆Prepare office equipment procurement.
◆Record data related to Administration work in our database
◆Booking Hotel, Flight ticket, Golf, Restaurant, Rental meeting room, and so on.
◆Prepare petty cash.
◆Prepare some documents related to payment (regular & irregular
payment)
◆Follow up issue related Finance, Accounting & Tax
◆Filling document related Finance, Accounting & Tax
◆Others tasks assigned by Accounting & Administration Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
◆3 years of experience in accounting and/or administration
◆Computer skills Microsoft office (word, excel & PowerPoint)
◆Intermediate English level
◆Able to work overtime and be disciplined at work.
◆Major in Accounting at University or business college.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
◆lives in where it takes less than 1 hour from home to Office in Senayan with
public transportation
◆Non-job hopper
◆Works/ed at Japanese or multinational company
