<Job Responsibilities>
・Improve, support and design HR strategy as required
・Manage recruitment, payroll, organization development, including training, HR system, performance and effectivities
・Provide HR productivity report and HR analysis and manage strategies for improvement
・Planning for continuous improvement
・Manage safety, health and environment
・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Male/Female, 36-45 years old
・Bachelor's Degree from abroad
・Business English proficiency (fluency in verbal and written communication)
・Experienced working in Japanese company or very large MNC company
・Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
・Familiar and knowledgeable about Government Regulation especially regarding PPh21
・Experienced as Senior Manager HR for at least 5 years or GM for at least 2 years
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experienced working in the HVAC industry
