<Job Responsibilities>
・Develop dealer guidelines (customer engagement, performance evaluation, etc)
・Develop and enhance local system to respond business needs
・Learn, implement and promote new systems
・Act as system administrator to manage master data and user credential
・Promote system utilization and build user awareness
・Maintain system availability and reliability to fulfill operations' needs and comply corporate security
・Serve as advisor and perform system issue troubleshooting and bug fixing
・Receive, handle and follow up customers complaint / issue / claim and ensure proper solution
・Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Female/Male, 25-30 years old
・Min. Diploma degree related to Information Technology
・Min. Conversational English proficiency
・Good communication skill and customer oriented, proactive and good teamwork
・Well aware of information security 
・Good proficiency in HTTP, Web Service, API, JSON, SQL query, Network Configuration and Security
・Experienced in building and integrating apps using web service with server side application (API, XML & SOAP)
・Proficient in system troubleshoot and problem solving

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Can speak Japanese
・Experienced working in Japanese manufacturing
・Able to use Photoshop/CorelDraw
