<Number of employees: Total: 579 Local: 572 Japanese: 7> <Report Line: Indonesian Supervisor> <Team Member: 15 person> <Products: compact diesel engine related machines, such as single cylinder horizontal engine and agricultural equipment, compact diesel engine related machines, such as single cylinder horizontal engine and agricultural equipment> <Clients: Manufacturing company and consumers> <Job Responsibilities> ・Control and analyze, PDC parts inventory level and demand supply trend to create accurate monthly order to vendor ・Create monthly order, emergency/special emergency order to vendor suggested by back order information ・Manage proper and sufficient parts inventory distribution to the strategic warehouse and distribution center ・Review vendor parts price and shipment arrangement to meet economical ordering cost ・Monitor ordering due date and take any necessary action to speed up outstanding order. ・Coordinate with third party (trading company) to order special parts ・Process and follow up NCR on discrepancy found on parts received from vendor ・Handle supply chain issue, initiate action to solve or escalate to superior when required ・Ensure all part number are set correctly in RPMS including its parameters, vendors, substitution, pricing and cost ・Review and maintain vendors parts and price change ・Sourcing and negotiate with vendor for efficient procurement and supply chain ・Review and maintain inbound freight cost in acceptable ratio ・Generate monthly ordering and inventory report, review status order, inbound freight cost and inventory level and take action to fill the gap with respective parties ・Implement Kaizen, Safety and 5S ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male/female, 24-29 years old ・Min. Diploma Degree related to Marketing or Business ・Conversational English proficiency ・Good communication, analytical and negotiation skill ・Min. 3 years in Spare Parts business including sales, inventory control and vendor management ・Experienced in automotive related manufacture / machinery industry ・Good knowledge in international and local government business policies and regulation in Indonesia ・Familiar with after sales service system ・Able to operate MS Office applications <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese Speaker (N3) ・Experienced in Japanese Manufacture
