<Job Responsibilities>
Handle HR tasks by yourself as Representative
◆Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
◆Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
◆Manage the recruitment and selection process
◆Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
◆Handle general HR tasks; manage employee attendance, payroll, etc.
◆Other tasks assigned by Indonesian General Manager
*Company hires as Supervisor level at first but will be Manager level if candidate works well.
