<Job Responsibilities>
• Ensuring and improving each HR system / procedure (recruitment, placement, Training Development, compensation and benefit, Talent Management, and industrial relation) already properly conducted to support business activities.
• Develop a work plan and budget share in accordance with the strategy, policy and HR systems have been established to ensure the achievement of the target HR.
• Manage and control the administrative activities of personnel, and human resource information systems to ensure the optimum support for the smooth operation of the company.
• Support of implementation HR system in subsidiaries company
• Creating harmonize industrial relation to support business activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Male, 33 - 35 years old;
• Bachelor’s Degree, in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Law.
• Proficient in English is a must
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR Manager level
• Required skills : Industrial Relation, Training and Development, Talent Management
• Experience working in a union environment would be advantage
• Good Computer literacy is essential (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
