- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Design and deliver learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree from Management, Psychology, or Communication major
- Has at least 2 years of working experience in corporate L&D, Human Development, etc.
- Good English language skill, conversational level
- Experienced in conducting TNA
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experiences in financial services
