<Job Responsibilities>
Analyze data and propose plans to promote sales as Analyst
◆Gather data across from a wide variety of platforms as needed.
◆Develop reports to monitor business performance and key trends.
◆Analyzes data to identify opportunities and proactively communicates with team.
◆Manage projects assigned to category/brand to help identify opportunities to drive the business.
◆Support and organize sales input process to business plan release for assigned Category/Brand.
◆Support sales representatives on innovation projects, if necessary.
◆Supports tools, processes and resources to support the Customer organization.
◆Identifies opportunities to improve current processes.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
◆Have working experience as a Data Analyst/Growth Hacker for at least 2 years.
◆Business level English (Speak, read and write) to have presentations
◆Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and online applications.
◆Need a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
◆Strong time management
◆Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people at work
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
◆Having any IT skills would be considered as plus point
◆Have working experience at Japanese company
◆Leadership skill
