<Number of employees : Total : 50 Local : 46 Japanese : 4 Foreigner : 0 > <Report Line : Procurement Manager > <Team Member: 2-4 persons > <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Products: Power Plant facilities, equipment, systems, services> <Clients: Project > <Saturday working: No > <Job Responsibilities> - Cover all relevant procurement activities including request for quotation, evaluation, purchase order, delivery, quality assurance/quality control, payment, warranty, and bond control - Single contact window with Indonesian local vendors and company's engineers - Procure facilities, equipment, systems, services which are required to complete the Project successfully - Evaluate and negotiate with the venders to meet company's budget which has already set item by item - Obtain approval from Project Manager and/or company's manager to finalize the price, terms and conditions of the contract - Manage the bonds (advance payment/performance/warranty etc.) that have been submitted by the venders - Arrange factory/site acceptance test from time to time in order for engineers to verify the quality of the Item - Manage the payment to the vendor - Review vendor invoice and clarification with related parties (Site, Engineering and others), including approval in Accounting system - Cover Indonesian local vendor including its overseas subsidiary/representative office - Report and update status of the procurement activities to relevant department
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Male/Female, 25-32 years old - Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university, any major - At least 3 years or more experience at procurement position - Conversational level of English skill - Good knowledge and sufficient experiences on handling vendors <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Working experience in power plant project, construction, or manufacturing industry - Japanese language skill will be advantageous - Responsible, attention to details and result oriented - Good team work, communication, interpersonal relationship and cooperation - Integrity, discipline, honest, adaptable and reliable
