<Job Responsibilities>
Accounting and TAX Manager at Project Management Team
◆Managing the day to day project account functions including the keeping track of Purchase order issued for procurement, and processing of their payment after the vetting by the contract department;
◆Implement the accounting procedures and control to ensure all financial transactions complied with both Mitsubishi and the joint venture company regulations and accounting principles;
◆Manage and filing of all taxation on shore and off shore matters related to the financial transactions;
◆Provide accurate monthly financial reports on the status of the payments paid, due and income (if any receivable);
◆Advise the management on the placement of liquid assets with banks to achieve the highest possible returns;
◆Advise and inform in advance the Directors on the calling of equity injection from the respective shareholders;
◆Assist the Finance Director in the arrangement of the project financing with financial institution.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
◆Having experience working as Accounting and TAX more than Assistant Manager level in real estate industry and multinational company for minimum 12 years

◆Experience in setting up accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
◆Experience in audit and tax procedures.
◆Possess high level of integrity and ability to work under pressure.
◆Strong communication in English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
◆Bachelor degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
