<Number of employees : Total : 160+ Local : 160 Japanese : 4 > <Report Line : Local Manager> <Team Member: 3 persons> <Products:Wheel rim for commercial vehicles > <Clients: commercial vehicles mfg > <Job Responsibilities> ・Maintain relationship with existing OE customers ・Approach new OE customers for projects ・Make sales report ・Analyze market condition ・Negotiate selling price with customers ・Visit customers if needed ・Look for fleet users ・Monitor & backup the administration job done by subordinates ・Cooperate with Production Plan and Delivery ・Present product knowledge and flow process to external parties ・Take care o development schedule of new product with coordination with Product Development ・Other responsibilities if needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・21-25 years old ・Bachelor's Degree in any major ・Conversational English proficiency (good communication) ・Experienced in sales in manufacturing ・SAP knowledge ・Able to operate MS Office ・Good personality & interpersonal skills ・Cheerful, honest, active, dynamic and active <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Able to speak Japanese ・Experienced in OE Sales in Manufacturing
