<Number of employees : Total : 35 Local : 30 Japanese : 5> <Report Line: Manager> <Team Member: 3 persons> <Products: Apparel Brand Uniqlo> <Clients: Fast Retailing Indonesia > <Job Responsibilities> ・Decide quality, cost, delivery time and factory selection for product sample with the production merchandisers at Tokyo ・Make a production adjustment plan with the factory and the inspection center, improve the efficiency and decrease cost ・Manage the quality of product such as material, color, sewing and size ・Check the production process and working environment on site ・Manage the production lead time, actual shipment amount and delivery way ・Solve the problem which may occur at production ・Ensure the factory capacity that is based on factory policy ・Human development/management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・23 - 30 years old, Bachelor's degree from any major ・Minimum 2 years of experience as Production control ・ Business English proficiency ・ Production control knowledge ・ Smart and has Good interpersonal skills (communication, team oriented) ・Dynamic, innovative and creative ・Good sense of fashion ・Willing to have a business trip (2-3 times a week) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Garment or textile related major ・Work experience in the garment industry
