<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for Management Department such as Human Resource, General Affirs, Accounting, Corporate Plannning, Internal Control.
*Main job task is managing HR GA department
◆Manage Human Resource( staff reduction, hiring and personnel evaluation)
◆Negotiate employee salary
◆Strengthen Internal rules
◆Create in-house training system
◆Revise collective agreement
◆Reorganize CSR(=corporate social responsibility) and SDG(=Sustainable Development Goals)
◆Reduce work-related injury
◆Aquire work permission for foreign employees and communicate with government agency
◆Conduct an early retirement programme for cost reduction
◆Other tasks assigned by Japanese Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
◆Business level Japanese (No problem for conversation, writing emails) *N2 or above
◆Conversational English
◆Around 10 years of HRGA experience and Management experience
◆Able to handle staff reduction and salary negotiation for employee
◆Graduated from Tier 1 university
◆Have a strong will to accomplish job tasks under pressure
