<Number of employees : Total : 1000+ Local : 990 Japanese : +/-10 > <Report Line : Logistic Manager > <Team Member: 5 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 3 persons > <Products: Apparel > <Clients: B2C > <Saturday Working: No > <Job Responsibilities> ・ Design of last one-mile delivery strategy optimized for customers in Indonesia and execution plans. ・ Collaboration with last one delivery and warehouse partners, and report to Logistics members and/or CS team about delivery status on a daily basis. ・ Development of service levels KPI such as delivery lead-time, analysis on cost of delivery for whole Indonesia and execution of cost saving actions ・ Monitor of delivery status for each order and taking appropriate actions for delivery issues on own self by collaborating with logistic partners and by investigating at site of delivery and warehouse at the soonest. ・ Daily interaction with LMD partner to support our customer.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. ・Required language(s): English ・At least 5 Year(s) of logistic working experience in logistic/supply chain of retail, e-commerce, transportation or freight forwarding industry. ・Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. ・Experience of management on E-commerce last one-mile delivery. Better with experience of E-Commerce business launch. ・Growth mindset for learning this industry or something new and self-improvement through OJT at sites of delivery and warehousing as well as store operation training. ・Self-driven individual with a high degree of ownership for the customers and business. ・Ability to quickly build relationships and trust with internal stakeholders (including our Japan HQ) and external partners/customers. ・Basic understanding of Warehouse Management System and Tracking Management System and experience of utilizing data extracted from these systems.
