<Report Line : Local General Manager > <Team Member: 16 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 15 persons > <Products: real estate > <Clients: B2C > <Saturday Working: on call > <Job Responsibilities> ・Create and implement Marketing & Promotion strategies for Landed-Residential Project, including digital campaign strategies and execution plans ・Able to encourage the team to reach the target that has been determined ・Able to build marketing cooperation with external parties ・Able to build an effective marketing system, create marketing analysis and make breakthrough to support Sales & Marketing Activities ・Manage marketing communication, digital marketing and monitor results from various Sales-Marketing activities (such as : joint promotion, sponsorship, advertising, open-table, exhibition, etc) ・Manage marketing promotion budget (ATL&BTL) effectively and efficiently
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male/Female around 38 - 45 years old ・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Art, design, Creative ・Have a minimum of 5 year experiences in related field is required, preferably in housing/real-estate business. Experience in Advertising Agency will be an advantage ・Business level in English for both oral and written ・Creative thinker & have the ability to think outside the box ・Hard worker, good motivation, good vision and teamwork ・Good networking and communication skills ・Willing to be placed in Cikarang Kota Deltamas <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having background in multimedia, mass communication or marketing ・Having knowledge in Graphic Design software ・ ・
