<Number of employees : Total : 300 Local : 295 Japanese : 5 > <Report Line : Japanese Director > <Team Member: +/- 100 persons> <Number of Subordinates: +/- 100 persons > <Products: Smelting the Aluminum for automotive industry > <Clients: B2B Automotive > <Saturday Working: > <Job Responsibilities> ・Manage overall production planning activities & quality control work to achieve the targeted production ・Overall Unit operational functions reduce operating costs & greater profitability. ・Plan & control factory operational functions (production, quality, maintenance finance, procurement, HR, logistics, sales). ・Managing the whole production line in the new factory which starts the production ・Be in charge of the whole plant (product line, producing operators) to achieve the high productivity and efficient operation ・Manage, motivate & develop the team and ensure that they perform to their maximum level to accomplish the business objectives & maintained a high level of operational efficiency.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male only, 35 - 40 years old ・Bachelors degree from Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineering ・Business Level in English ・Experience in leading manufacturing projects especially production efficiency, manpower planning & factory compliance ・Knowledge of implementing new concepts, idea, innovation to improve production & maintain maximum inventory between operator ・Experience working in product operation, production engineering department ・Has subordinate minimum 100 person <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・If good Japanese skill, it is preferable ・Communication skill with operator ・Have experience instruct and engage in training to operator ・Working in Japanese Manufacture Automotive company
