<Job Responsibilities>
・ Supporting all operational activities of production & offices by carrying out the process of procurement of all equipment & raw materials.
・ Supporting facilities or other supporting facilities (such as; operational vehicles (couriers), office boy & cleaning service, etc.)
・ Perform maintenance activities for all facilities and supporting facilities, as well as the process of replacing damaged facilities / supporting facilities. (Production machinery, etc.).
・ Fostering relationships with vendors or suppliers of goods and services.
・ Building Management.
・ Asset management.
・ Manage various permits, and public relations, operational, etc.
・ Health care, safety and K3 implementation for all employees.
・ Responsible for managing and developing Human Resources, including in terms of planning, implementing and supervising human resource activities, including developing quality based on policies and procedures implemented by the company (company regulations).
・ Carry out coaching activities, training and other activities related to mental development, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with company standards.
・ Responsible for activities related to recapitulation of employee absences, salary calculation, benefits and bonuses.
・ Maintain and verify data / records of worker's attendance, Work Orders, Overtime, shifts, leave, training and medical so that they can be used as the correct basis for paying compensation and salary (salary, allowance, incentive, pension / insurance contributions).
・ Perform payroll processes based on correct data so that salary payments can be made with the correct amount and on time.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Male around 35 - 45 years old
・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any discipline
・Have a minimum of 5 years experiences as HRGA Supervisor or Assistant Manager in Agribusiness, textiles, food industry
・Have excellent leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills
・Able to work independently, honest
・Have Comfort with ambiguity, Excellent communication skills
・Thorough knowledge in HR law and HR management principles. ...
・Ability to view issues objectively, Consistent display of impeccable ethics and integrity and remaining organized with multiple complex issues.
・Willing to live in Wonogiri, Central Java
