<Number of employees : Total : 100+ Local : 100+ Japanese : 5 Foreigner : > <Report Line : Japanese President Director > <Team Member: 5 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 4 persons > <Products: Exteriors & Interiors for 4 WD > <Clients: Japanese Car Manufacturing > <Job Responsibilities> ・Coordinate and organize the different activities of the HR department (from hire to retire), recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, legal, social relations & administration ・Propose HR policies & Assure that these are effectively implemented on site. ・Organize the full flow of the personnel administration (management of absenteeism, leave, national health issues, etc) ・Maintain informal and formal contacts through the different trade union consultation bodies with the trade union partners to ensure that a positive labor climate is created and to avoid personnel issues ・Coach and work on the development of your employees to ensure their competences, skills and know-how are used and developed to the best advantage and to work as a well-functioning team ・This role manages 1 to 5 subordinates. Function(s) that are managed: Payroll Specialists and administrative Employees ・Report to President Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male around 37 - 45 ・Have a minimum of S1 degree in Law/ Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent ・Have a minimum of 10 year experiences in HRGA field with 5 years of working experiences at least as HR Manager in Manufacturing company ・Have excellent skills in People development, C&B, labor law, human resources strategic planning ・Have excellent skills in handling Labor ・Good communication in Business Level English (verbal & written) ・Able to operate MS Office (word, excel, power point) ・Willing to be located in Suryacipta, East Karawang <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese conversational level for both verbal & written ・Have experiences in Japanese Manufacturing company
